The California Apprenticeship Council (CAC) Form CAC through the DIR mandates that the CAC-2 must be completed for each jobsite, listing the occupations for the jobsite. One check payable to the California Apprenticeship Council, may be submitted for all job sites and/or occupations. Training fund contributions are not accepted by the CAC for the federal public works project or for non-apprenticeship occupations.
